Who, What, Where?

London - Nicolas Ghesquière is bringing his Balenciaga to London today, with a flagship store on Mount Street that looks like a scene right out of a sci-fi flick. The new, 1,900-square-foot, space age store is "quite an experience," according to Ghesquière, and is decorated with lacquer, wood covered in silver leaf, and even volcanic rock. Expect to find only women's ready-to-wear and accessories in this store though - it's not quite as big as the Milan flagship.

Washington, DC - All-American label Tommy Hilfiger has set up shop in our nation's capital, and there is no shortage of red, white, and blue touches. Besides the framed vintage flags, the store features eagle statuettes and patriotic posters from the fifties and sixties. The store, located at 3229 M Street NW, offers a new, colorful sportswear collection that was designed in Europe, and mirrors the styles sold in stores there. The collection currently retails from $49.50 to $495, with new pieces from the runway scheduled to come to the store next month.

Moscow - Coach is heading overseas to open its first store in Russia this April. The 1,500-square-foot space will feature the full Coach brand assortment - handbags, small leather goods, outerwear, and eyewear. "Russians are becoming important consumers of luxury accessories," Coach International President Ian Bickley told WWD. "Opening Russia is part of our strategy to capitalize on the increasing popularity of the brand with emerging luxury consumers globally."

Europe - Jimmy Choo is scheduled to open three new, freestanding boutiques in Europe over the next six months, starting in May with a two-story, 1,718-square-foot space in Cannes. The store opening comes just in time for the international film festival. a 2,160-square-foot shop will open in Barcelona in the city's luxury shopping district the following month; and a shop in Rome is scheduled to launch over the summer.

Hip Clips and a Style Goodies Discount!

Your handbag - she's done so much for you and asked for so little in return. You've loaded her up, way beyond capacity and she didn't whine as she clutched your valuables with every thread in her stitching. She held on for dear life when you left her on the roof of your car for two whole blocks (okay maybe you've never done that, but I have). After everything you've put her through, the least you can do is keep her clean and safe when you go out.

Hook your sweet little girl up with a super-clever Stylagio ClipChic purse hook. Savvy fashionista Anne R. designed the durable little hooks to be compact (they're smaller than your average compact mirror), lightweight (each hook is only 3 ounces), strong (they can hold up to nine pounds), and stylish (you can choose from ten candy colors including Blueberry Mist, Juicy Plum, and Black Licorice). Best of all, they'll keep your pretty pocketbook from collecting dust, bacteria, and other nasties that may be looming on the floor.

And now, Style Goodies readers can score a 20% discount on every order from Stylagio! Just enter promo code GOODIES4U20 when you check out and 20% will be deducted from your total order - no minimum required! Click here to order - and tell 'em Style Goodies sent you!

Emerald City

So it was my birthday on Thursday and I've spent the past three days celebrating (sometimes it takes a few days) and enjoying some amazing gifts. It all culminated this afternoon when I took in a matinee showing of Wicked, which was gorgeous and adorable and gave me the chills! Seeing the Emerald City come to life before my very eyes was mesmerizing, but admittedly my mind did begin to wander a bit, and I couldn't help but think about how badly I am in need of a few green pieces in my closet. No, I'm not abandoning my love of all things pink, but this afternoon my admiration for jade, kelly, and emerald grew exponentially! Inconveniently, that admiration comes with a side of mild obsession, so I spent the rest of the afternoon scouring the internet for my next purchase - a cute, new green handbag for the fall. Found it at Intuition!

Mariah Bag, $68

This bag is perfect for so many reasons: a) it's fabulously green, b) it's shiny patent and has a gorgeous quilted look, and c) it's only $68!! Yes, you absolutely read that right - sixty eight bucks! My birthday money will be well spent!

The Perfect Beach Bag

Sunday afternoons at the beach are a must here in Los Angeles - it's impossible to ignore the gorgeous sun and the salty air, plus you haven't lived unless you've done a little people-watching on the Venice boardwalk. But more importantly, Sunday afternoons at the beach are the perfect opportunity to show off your sexiest sundress, your cutest sandals, and your new Cassie Beach Tote from Lauren Merkin.

The oversized canvas bag is super sturdy but the shiny leather trim make it look glamorous and two huge pockets in the front give it a relaxed, easy-going feel. It's big enough to hold all your beach essentials but it's not clunky or awkward. So cute and so perfect for the beach!

Cabana Girl

"I find that it is vital to have at least one handbag for each of the the ten types of social occasion: Very Formal, Not So Formal, Just a Teensy Bit Formal, Informal but Not That Informal, Every Day, Every Other Day, Day Travel, Night Travel, Theater, and Fling." - Miss Piggy
Could it be she's seen this Morgan Oakley Leather Cabana Clutch? It's perfect for just about any occasion. With its soft, butter leather and shiny, solid brass hardware this clutch is sophisticated enough for an evening out, yet sleek enough for a power lunch with a new publisher. And the topstitching on the flap is such an unexpectedly sweet addition, no? It may be a small splurge at $195, but it really is a gorgeous clutch and worth every penny. Piggy would approve.

The Socialite

No I'm not referring to the latest shenanigans of some overexposed celebutante (this is not that kind of website). It's the new Socialite Satchel from Elliott Lucca and it is tres adorable, no?

The sweet, ballet pink color and buttery leather goodness of this bag make me want to don a chic pair of sunglasses a la Jackie O. and head straight to Robertson Blvd. to be seen! If pink is not your thing, it also comes in black, white, or tan - all just as sweet! And all that prettiness comes at less than 300 bucks, so you don't have to spend a small fortune for a cute handbag.

I'm telling you, if you've never heard of Elliott Lucca, you will! I was first introduced to them at a sample sale and have been positively hooked ever since. These bags are hotter than hot and have been featured in everything from In Style to Shape to Marie Claire. Here are some favorites of mine but you have to check out ElliottLucca.com yourself to see all the gorgeous styles!

Good Sport - A Cute Purse by Puma?!

Everyone who knows me knows that I have never purchased a pair of tennis shoes (the pink and white Nike Jordans in my closet were courtesy of my sweetie). So you can imagine my surprise when I spotted this adorable handbag by Puma! No kidding! This sweet little brown and pink number is actually made by a sneaker manufacturer! At $50.95 it's a total steal, and it's faux leather so you can rock this baby and still keep it green! Love that!
